When Will My Pre-order Arrive?

All pre-order information is available in the product page Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA ) section.

The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is provided by the manufacturer. Please note that the date is subject to change by the manufacturer.

We announce an Estimated Ship Date on the product page! The page will then update to display a specific month when the item leaves our manufacturing facilities on its way to our main warehouse

We send pre-order item updates via our Processing Notification email

UK EU and International customers receive tracking information once the order ships.

We do everything we can to ensure you receive your collectible. Please know, Darkside Collectibles is not responsible for email notifications that were not received due to outdated email, SPAM filter or an interruption of service.

Very Important Information about Pre Orders

Delays in the release of the products are responsibility of the manufacturers and Darkside collectibles has no control over it. 

Many manufacturers produce in batches (partial production) in those cases the porduct may have been released in USA for example but not in Europe.

Light Up Function Isn't Working?

Come to the light...with a few troubleshooting suggestions that have worked for us in the past! Please be sure to perform the below suggestions while the piece is off.

Fresh batteries! It's rare, but sometimes the batteries included in the package may be dead on arrival.

Clean the Connections! Sometimes clear glossy paint can interfere with the electrical current. Examine and clean the connections by lightly applying some rubbing alcohol with a Q-tip and / or cleaning wipe.

Turn it on! Leave it on! After cleaning, reassemble your piece and turn it on, and leave it on for 10-20 minutes...sometimes it just needs time.

 

If this doesnt work please contact us and we will contact the manufacturer for a suitable solution.

Refused Packages Info

Package Refusal Help

Thinking of refusing a package -waaaait a minute! CONTACT US -we have super powers. If something isn't right with the package / order, we may be able to help you, and it will be faster than the time it takes to process a 'refused package' back into our warehouse. So please weigh your options before refusing a package, that may incur charges.

You Changed Your Mind

What?! Ok, ok, we understand. CONTACT US! We can help you return it through the proper channels. If you refuse a package in the EU, please know you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Once the collectible is back in warehouse, we will refund you -less any applicable return shipping charges and non-refundable deposits.

International Customers

If you refuse a package, resulting in the return and/or abandonment of your collectible you will still be responsible for all VAT Fees, Import fees, Return shipping costs and Abandonment fees. These fees will be deducted from your refund. If greater than the product(s) price, DarkSide Collectibles may bill you for the balance.

Ship Quotes / International Fees

We can provide you with a quote prior to the item shipping. If you are an international customer, we suggest that you also contact your local customs office for a quote on VAT or import fees as well.

A Non Refundable Deposit for all Temporarily Backordered/Restocking items is taken during check out. This will be clearly stated before any deposit is charged and you will be asked to confirm agreement. You may choose a Flex Pay Plan*.

Please note that for Payments with flex payments the following conditions apply:

Exchange rate variation

DarkSide Collectibles Studio will not be responsible for refunding any differences in exchange rates from the date of purchase or any currency conversion or any other fees or charges by banking/financial institutions on the original purchase.

Order Confirmation

All orders placed over the Internet are subject to confirmation of payment. For Bank Transfer option please allow 24/72hrs for payment clearance. Sending the bank receipt via email at sales@darksidetoy.com will speed up the process.

LIMITED EDITIONS

Because of the limited editions of the products, all orders are subject to availability.

PRE-ORDERS DELIVERY

With all pre-orders we show an expected shipping date on the item's description page. This date is provided by the manufacturer and we have no control over it. These kinds of products are not mass produced with machines, they're limited edition, museum grade products - hand assembled and hand painted. Considering the cost, quality control is really strict. These kinds of products are often delayed, and the dates are often pushed back. The manufacturers might decide to release the product in different production batches and that is why customers may notice that the item is already released in other areas. The dates are only suggestions and not guarantees.

DARKSIDE PRICELIST

DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to make changes in the pricelist of the products & make special offers at any time . These price changes do not affect orders already placed in our system. DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to make changes in prices due to important currency fluctuations and these changes may affect all present & future orders as well as pre-orders already placed in our system.

LIABILITY

  1. The Purchaser accepts all risks of personal injury and property damage arising from use of the products purchased through this website.
  2. The Purchaser acknowledges that DarkSide Collectibles does not manufacture the products available for sale through this website and, therefore, any liability with respect to such products, or any components or other materials used in the manufacture of such products, are covered by, and limited to, any warranty provided by the original manufacturer.  DarkSide Collectibles will provide the Purchaser with the terms and conditions of purchase of the relevant manufacturer upon request for the purchase of products being made. Accordingly, DarkSide Collectibles does not provide any warranty for the components and materials used in the manufacture of the products.

    DarkSide Collectibles provides manufacturer warranties only for products designed developed and manufactured by DarkSide Collectibles Studio.

3.The Purchaser agrees to, together with their dependents, heirs, executors, assigns, guests and invitees, defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless DarkSide Collectibles, representatives, officers, directors, employees or agents from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including legal costs, that arise from:

  1. Any breach of these Terms by the Purchaser; and
  2. Any illness, bodily injury, disability, death or property damage or loss, however caused, arising from or related to the use of any products purchased through this website.
  3. No warranties apply to products that have been misused, modified or improperly maintained.
  4. For the sake of clarity, in no event will DarkSide Collectibles Studio, representatives, officers, directors, employees or agents be liable (whether in contract, tort including negligence, strict liability or otherwise) to the Purchaser for:
  5. Loss of revenue or profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or opportunity, loss of production, loss or corruption of data or wasted management or staff time; or
  6. Loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever that is indirect, consequential, punitive incidental or of a special nature, arising directly or indirectly out of the use of products purchased through this website, even if DarkSide Collectibles Studio had been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if such loss, damage, cost or expense was reasonably foreseeable by Dark Side Collectibles.
  7. Any claim made by a Purchaser against DarkSide Collectibles Studio must be made by notice in writing to DarkSide Collectibles Studio within 30 days of the claim or cause of action arising.  DarkSide Collectibles will not be liable for any claim that is not made within such time.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We currently offer free shipping  on selected items to UK and mainland Europe with UPS or DHL on specific items  - THE OFFER EXCLUDES THE ISLANDS AND OVERSIZE ITEMS

The shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout page were you are given the opportunity to choose between a list of shipping methods and options. Important! On all Pre Order Items the shipping cost is an estimation, upon product's arrival to our warehouse you will be notified for the exact cost.

We ship within 1 - 7 working days but in case of heavy trafffic delays might occur.

Important notice: Insurance is optional and is not included in the shipping cost. Insurance is optional and is not included in the free shipping offer. 

No warranties apply to products shipped without insurance.Purchaser is responsible for applying insurance to his order. If the Purchaser doesnt insure his order and the order arrives damaged or is lost the company is not responsible for reimbursments or claims. 

Darkside Collectibles will ship your order in the address provided in the order booking page on the date of the purchase. For any change in the delivery address please contact our customer service. Even if you have updated your account profile address this will not update the address on an older order placed in our system. Please note that for PayPal payments your order delivery address and PayPal delivery address need to be the same.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

For all cases of returns please email us at orders@darksidetoy.com.

A. Products Manufactured by DarkSide Collectibles Studio 

1. Except for the following cases, the delivered well may be returned or exchanged due to its defect or initial malfunction by giving e-mail to the Company (e-mail address: orders@darksidetoy.com) within 30 days after the receipt by the member who purchased goods or the addressee of the goods (collectively “the Addressee of the goods”). The Company shall judge any defects or initial malfunction of the goods at its discretion. After receiving the e-mail, we will examine the defects and will give notice regarding the result to the Addressee. 

If the Addressee of the goods wishes to return the goods due to his/her/any circumstances, he/she shall bear damage fees and round-trip shipping fees for return of the goods.

  • (1) 31 days have elapsed after delivery of goods
  • (2) no e-mail has been sent to the Company regarding return or exchange within 30 days after the receipt by the Recipient.
  • (3) the goods were purchased via other websites or parties than the Company
  • (4) any other person or entity than the Recipient requests to return or exchange
  • (5) the Company received the request of return or exchange by shipping from any other areas than the delivery area/country at the time of purchase of goods
  • (6) the member registration has already been deleted
  • (7) damage, defect, breakdown, dirt, incomplete occurred due to the Recipient's responsibility after its receipt of goods
  • (8) breakage, dirt, incompleteness of packing material, package, carton box occurred in the course of return of the goods
  • (9) the Company judged no defects or initial malfunction of the goods
  • (10) any other cases when the Company judged as inappropriate

2. If the Addressee of the goods wishes to return or exchange, please contact the Company by email (e-mail address: orders@darksidetoy.com) notifying the serial number, order number, and the name and the details of the goods to be returned or exchanged. After the receipt of its e-mail, the Company will examine the defects and will give notice on the examination result to the Addressee of the goods. The Addressee of the goods may not return or exchange the said goods unless the Addressee of the goods receives the e-mail regarding the acceptance of return or exchange from the Company. The Addressee of the goods he/she shall bear round-trip shipping fees for return of the goods.

3. Under certain circumstances such as lack of goods and so on, the Company may not exchange the defects goods with substitute goods. In this case the Company shall refund the money for the price of the said goods.

4. The Addressee of the goods may request the Company of return or exchange of goods by shipping from the region/country at the time of purchase of goods.

5. The goods are packed in our original package (dressing box) and carton box for the purpose of protecting goods. For the damages of the original package or carton box, their package or box and the goods may not be returned or exchanged.

6. After the Addressee of the goods received e-mail from the Company as described in paragraph 2, it shall return the defect goods to the Company’s designated place in the same condition of the package as delivered to the Addressee of the goods address in its original packaging. If the Company finds improper packing of returned goods or defect, break and any mishandling might refuse compensation. If the Addressee of the goods wishes to return the goods he/she shall bear damage fees and round-trip shipping fees for return of the goods and repalcement shipping.

7. Our packaging and carton boxes are for the purpose of protecting the product. Even if they are damaged, the package, carton box, or product is not eligible for return or exchange.

B. Products by Other Manufacturers. 

If your order has a manufacturer defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

In case of a manufacturer's defect please note that the solely responsible is the manufacturer who is obliged to send us guidelines for each claim case. We are not responsible for any manufacturer's defect and for the response time to solve each claim case.

As most of our items are Limited Editions there may be a possibility of the item not to be available for replacement.

Νote that all returns/exchanges must be sent to us and received within 14 (Fourteen) days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must be returned in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, outer shipment box as well as in a double boxed shipping carton, if this is how it was sent to you. Returned items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be assessed a damage product fee.

We will not replace / exchange brown outer shipping cartons or base an exchange solely on the style of shipping carton you received. The shipping cartons are made to shield the item inside from damage during the shipping process and are not considered a part of the item’s packaging.

Returns are accepted even if you have changed your mind. The product must be returned factory sealed as received otherwise it will not be accepted. Actual shipping costs are not refundable even if the product has been offered to you with free shipping. The customer is responsible of return shipping costs including insurance. A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply for all returns.   

CANCELLATIONS

IN STOCK ITEMS 

If you have placed an order for IN-STOCK items and wish to cancel it, then you must send us directly an email at sales@darksidetoy.com.

IN-STOCK items ship out within 1-7 working days of placing your order with us. If the product is already in route to you then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.

Flex Pay In Stock Items: In case of cancellation of your order a 30% of the value of the product will apply as Non Refundable cancellation penalty. 

In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit fees 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Τo secure your Pre-order will require a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit as well as the amount required will be clearly stated prior to check out. 

Flex Pay Pre Order Items: The Non Refundable Deposit associated with the product will be charged in case of cancellation of your order (Typically 20% - 30% of the value of the product).  

In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit fees 

Customers who have a pre-order with us will receive an invoice with the remaining balance & shipping (if the shipping is already paid then we need to verify the dimensions of the product and if any difference applies then you will be notified accordingly) when the item arrives in our warehouses. If you no longer wish to receive your order, we ask that you please cancel it as soon as possible through email at sales@darksidetoy.com.  The non-refundable deposit is the cancellation penalty for pre-orders cancelled during this time frame.

Otherwise if you have already paid the total amount and you have not cancelled your order with us by the time your order leaves hence the shipping process  has already began then you will additionally be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.

FLEXPAY ITEM CANCELLATION FEES

Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, DarkSide Collectibles Studio will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is cancelled by the customer.

Flex Pay- Pre. Order Items: The Non Refundable Deposit associated with the product will be charged in case of cancellation of your order (Typically 20% of the value of the product).  

Flex Pay - In Stock Items: In case of cancellation of your order a 20% of the value of the product will apply as Non Refundable cancellation penalty. 

In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit fees 

If you already paid a NRD (non-refundable deposit) and then you decided to go with an installment plan, that will serve as your cancellation fee. 

By choosing the Flex Pay option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee. This is clearly noted on the item’s ordering page as well as during check out. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. By choosing 'Flex Pay', you agree to pay any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Credit card companies or any other financial institution (i.e. Paypal) submitting a dispute to DarkSide Collectibles will be given a copy of this legal agreement, which results in a dismissal of the dispute. Also, any accounts with pending charge backs will be disabled to avoid further billing and shipping issues while all concerns are resolved.

REFUNDS

If we required making a refund to you then we will generate a refund as soon as possible depending always by the manufacturer.

If we required making a refund to you as a result of a mistake of ours or because you changed your mind then we will generate a refund within 1-5 working days and if we ask you to return the product then the refund will take place after receiving the item into our warehouse. We retain the right to refund the customer via whatever method is deemed appropriate. In most circumstances involving credit card transactions, we will refund to the credit card account used to purchase.

Credit card companies may take an additional 7 to 21 days to reflect the credit in a customer's account. If we confirmed a refund to your credit card account but the amount has not registered in the account itself, we suggest that you contact your credit card company for more information.

ORDERING FROM OUR ARMORY

By placing an order from the armory, you accept the following terms:

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age.

I understand that I am ordering a weapon that is made of steel, and that Darksidetoy.com will not be held responsible for any injuries from the weapon.

I certify that I have checked with customs and law enforcement in my country, and that import and possession of the item I am ordering does not violate any laws in my country.

I understand that my country may impose duties on merchandise, for which I am solely responsible.

I acknowledge that if the item that I am ordering is refused by customs, and therefore undeliverable, I remain responsible for shipping costs, including return shipping and handling.

I acknowledge that if the item that I am ordering is seized by customs, my money for the item and shipping cannot and will not be refunded due to the package being unrecoverable.

Legal Notice

All terms and conditions are binding and for any dispute that may arise the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
