WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON SELECTED ITEMS TO UNITED KINGDOM AND ALL MAINLAND EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES WITH UPS  OR DHL - THE OFFER EXCLUDES THE ISLANDS AND OVERSIZE ITEMS

On all Pre Order Items the shipping cost is an estimation, upon product's arrival to our warehouse you will be notified for the exact cost.

We use DHL and UPS carrier services for worldwide shipping (depends on the location of the warehouse)

DHL / UPS Saver: Next Day Delivery EU wide. 48hrs Delivery worldwide 

DHL/ UPS Expedited: 4-5 Days Worldwide Delivery (Excludes customs delays if any)  

Insurance is optional and is not included in the shipping cost. Insurance is optional and is not included in the free shipping offer. 

No warranties apply to products shipped without insurance.Purchaser is responsible for applying insurance to his order. If the Purchaser doesnt insure his order and the order arrives damaged or is lost the company is not responsible for reimbursements or claims. 

Import Taxes

• Items shipped from EU to EU are not subject to import duties & taxes.
• Items shipped from our EU warehouses to all non EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
• Unfortunately, DarkSide Collectibles has no control over taxes and duties in different countries.The same applies for the time it may take for shipments to go through the customs procedure.
• Customs policies and processes vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. You must also make sure that you comply with any other laws that may apply when importing something to your country.
• If you haven't received your order within the estimated shipping time frames, please send an email to sales@darksidetoy.com

Please note that in the lead-up to Christmas and other major holidays, few carriers guarantee normal delivery dates, so there may be delays.

Ordering from our Armory

By placing an order from the armory, you accept the following terms:

• I certify that I am at least 18 years of age.
• I understand that I am ordering a weapon that is made of steel, and that Darksidetoy.com will not be held responsible for any injuries from the weapon.
• I certify that I have checked with customs and law enforcement in my country, and that import and possession of the item I am ordering does not violate any laws in my country.
• I understand that my country may impose duties on merchandise, for which I am solely responsible.
• I acknowledge that if the item that I am ordering is refused by customs, and therefore undeliverable, I remain responsible for shipping costs, including return shipping and handling.
• I acknowledge that if the item that I am ordering is seized by customs, my money for the item and shipping cannot and will not be refunded due to the package being unrecoverable.

As insurance is optional and comes with extra cost Purchasers are solely responsible if they want to insure their order or not.

In case of non insured orders / products that arrive with damage due to carrier mis-handling or gets lost DarkSide Collectibles Studio is not responsible for any damages or loss occured during transit.

Darkside Collectibles will ship your order in the address provided in the order booking page on the date of the purchase. For any change in the delivery address please contact our customer service. Even if you have updated your account profile address this will not update the address on an older order placed in our system. Please note that for PayPal payments your order delivery address and PayPal delivery address need to be the same.
