Knightmare Batman is a future version of Batman from Zack Snyder's Justice
League, set in the infamous Knightmare Timeline-a post-apocalyptic world
where Earth has fallen to Darkseid. Reduced to a barren desert wasteland, this version is also known among fans as "Desert Batman" or "Wasteland
Batman".

This dark future is one of the visions foreseen by Bruce Wayne after Darkseid uses the Anti-Life Equation to conquer Earth, manipulating Superman and bringing human civilization to the brink of extinction. - Lois Lane is killed, Superman falls under Darkseid's control, and heroes such as Wonder Woman and Aquaman perish. - Bruce Wayne forms a resistance alongside survivors including The Flash, Cyborg, Mera, Deathstroke, and even the Joker. - Their final plan involves stealing the Mother Box and sending The Flash back through time to prevent this future. - Across multiple timelines, Bruce ultimately chooses self-sacrifice to secure humanity's last hope
