If for any reason the customer cancel orders after the reward and the total amount is less than €4.001 then the 5% discount is also cancelled and goes to the previous level of Lord Member Status or with no discount at all, depends on the amount cancelled (that concerns also the already discounted orders).

Proceeding in the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program becomes effective only upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program is the official Reward program of Darkside Collectibles Studio.

2. The DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program is sponsored by DarkSide Collectibles Studio. By automatically upgrading to a Lord or Master member of DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from DarkSide Collectibles Studio. Membership rules are void to the extent prohibited by law.

3. The DarkSide Loyalty Reward program is open to individuals of at least 18 years of age. Each account must belong to only one member. Multiple customers handling one account is forbidden and the account will be terminated by DarkSide Collectibles Studio.
4. Loyalty Reward discounts are valid only for purchases made online through the www.darksidetoy.com.

5. DarkSide Collectibles Studio may change the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program rules, benefits, conditions of participation at any time without notice. Such changes may affect the value of present or future purchases. DarkSide Collectibles Studio may change or terminate program partners, if any, and withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, modify benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the discount percentage.

6. DarkSide Collectibles Studio may, at any time, modify or cancel the Loyalty Reward Program without any further obligations to members.

7. Abuse of the Loyalty Reward Program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of discounts or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by DarkSide Collectibles Studio in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of the member’s account and future disqualification from program participation as well as forfeiture of all discounts accrued. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program, DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs.

8. DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by DarkSide Collectibles Studio shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.

9. Privacy Policy: The information provided by the member will be handled according to the Dark Side Collectibles Studio Privacy Policy. Members interested in learning more about Dark Side Collectibles’ Studio privacy practices should visit www.darksidetoy.com and click on the Privacy Policy link.

10. Members of the Loyalty Reward Program benefit by the predefined discount membership level for every eligible purchase on the DarkSide Collectibles Studio website. Discounts will be posted to the member’s account.

11. Members cannot combine DarkSide Loyalty Reward Membership program with any other discounts, rebates, coupons, rewards, gift cards, or site promotions on any one order. Orders will be adjusted to reflect only one discount / promotion usage, at DarkSide’s discretion.

12. DarkSide Collectibles Studio is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address or other contact information.
13. Loyalty Reward Program has no expiration date, but DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to change or end the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program at any time without notice.

14. All rewards must be according to the DarkSide Collectibles Loyalty Reward Program Terms and Conditions. DarkSide Collectibles Studio has the absolute right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for the Loyalty Reward Program.

Import Taxes

• Items shipped from EU to EU are not subject to import duties & taxes.

• Unfortunately, DarkSide Collectibles has no control over taxes and duties in different countries.The same applies for the time it may take for shipments to go through the customs procedure.
• Customs policies and processes vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. You must also make sure that you comply with any other laws that may apply when importing something to your country.

In case of non insured orders / products that arrive with damage due to carrier mis-handling or gets lost DarkSide Collectibles Studio is not responsible for any damages or loss occured during transit.

Darkside Collectibles will ship your order in the address provided in the order booking page on the date of the purchase. For any change in the delivery address please contact our customer service. Even if you have updated your account profile address this will not update the address on an older order placed in our system. Please note that for PayPal payments your order delivery address and PayPal delivery address need to be the same.
